Ghosh, Mr. Rajkrishna Mondal ...For the College Authority It appears that due to the incorrect mentioning of roll number in her answer scripts, the University has not issued the marksheet in favour of the petitioner for MTMG Paper II & III of B.Sc. Part-II Examination (Mathematics).

The University fairly submits that if the college issues a letter to the Controller of Examination clarifying the facts, the University will issue a rectified marksheet.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner unconditionally withdraws the allegations made by her against Principal of the college.

In that view of the matter, the college is directed

to issue a clarificatory letter within a period of ten days from date, indicating the correct roll number of the petitioner and the marks obtained by her in said two papers. The University will accordingly, issue a rectified marksheet within two weeks thereafter. With the aforesaid observations, this writ petition being WPA 14392 of 2022 is disposed of Let urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all the necessary formalities.
