No. 320 of 2024 for maintaining status quo with regard to the nature, character and transfer of the property be not frustrated.

Learned counsel for the private respondents submits that since the civil Court is in seisin of the issue, the police authority should not ordinarily interfere without the leave of the civil Court. Learned counsel for the State is present.

In case there is any violation of the civil Court order, the petitioners would be at liberty to take the same to the notice of the learned civil Court in seisin of T.S. No. 320 of 2024. Thereater if specific direction is passed upon the police authorities, the police authorities would abide by the same With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being W.P.A. 15299 of 2024 is disposed of.
