The revisional application has been preferred challenging the charge sheet so submitted in connection with Bhatar Police Station Case No. 151/12 dated 03.8.2012 under Sections 498A/406/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Today when the matter has been called none appears on behalf of the petitioner.

No accommodation has also been sought for.

Ms. Sahu, learned advocate appears for the State and submits report prepared by Officer-in-charge Bhatar Police Station. Let the report be kept with the record.

Report reflects that the trial of the case has already been commenced and the next date has been fixed on 30.3.2022 for evidence of CSW 2 and 3. There has been complete change of circumstances since the revisional application was preferred before this court. As such no interference is called for. Accordingly, CRR 2077 of 2018 is dismissed.

All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.

Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
