Learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the de facto complainant submits that an amount of Rs. 34 crores was collected from the market by way of an IPO, but no balance-sheet was filed. After collecting the money, the petitioner and other co-accused simply disappeared from the scene.

No one appears on behalf of the petitioner.

No accommodation is sought.

On the earlier occasion i.e., on 28.10.2025, no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner or prayed for any adjournment. In view of the above, the application is dismissed for default. Interim order, if any, shall stand vacated.
