An application is filed by the learned lawyer for the petitioner duly signed by the petitioner in this case stating therein that they do not wish to proceed with the said case and the learned lawyer has been requested to withdraw the aforesaid case.

In view of the said prayer in writing on record and the materials on record, the prayer is considered and allowed.

The Criminal Revision being No. CRR 1760 of 2019 is accordingly dismissed for non-prosecution. Mr. Bitasok Banerjee, learned advocate from the State panel is present before this Court and is requested to represent the State in this matter.
