The petitioner approached this court at a stage when Baranagar Police Station Case No. 236 of 2018 dated 17.04.2018 was registered for investigation and the investigation was in progress.

During the pendency of the revisional application, it is reflected from the report so submitted by the learned advocate appearing on behalf of the State that the charge-sheet has already been submitted. Chargesheet has been submitted under Sections 341/323/354/506/509/34/120B of the Indian Penal Code. Report submitted by the SI of Police, Baranagar PS through the learned advocate for the State be kept with the record. In view of the changed circumstances, I am not inclined to interfere with the proceedings, although the learned advocate

appearing on behalf of the petitioner emphasizes on the maintainability of the case.

The petitioner would be at liberty to agitate all the points canvassed in this revisional application at the appropriate stage of the proceedings.

With the aforesaid direction, the revisional application being CRR 2083 of 2018 is disposed of.

All pending applications, if any, in connection with the revisional application, are consequently disposed of. Interim order, if any is, hereby, vacated.
