The present revision is filed praying for quashing of charge sheet being No. 159 of 2018 dated 04.10.2018 in connection with G.R.Case No. 559 of 2018 under Sections 448/325/354/307/379/302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, now pending before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kandi, Murshidabad. As none appears for the petitioners in spite of repeated calls, the revisional application stands dismissed for default.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance and to proceed with the trial in accordance with law.
