Perused the case diary.

Considering the serious nature of allegations and the incriminating materials available in the case diary including the statement of the minor victim girl, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected. (Jay Sengupta, J.)
