The present revision of the year 2019 has been preferred against the judgment and order dated 28.01.2019 passed by the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, 2nd Court, Lalbagh, Murshidabad in Criminal Revision No. 127 of 2015 arising out of M.R. Case No. 443 of 2004 under Section 125 Cr.P.C.

As none appears for the petitioner in spite of repeated calls, the revisional application stands dismissed for default. All connected application, if any, stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance and to proceed with the trial in accordance with law.
