Learned counsel for the respondents submits that after filing the writ application, the dispute between the petitioner and the respondent has been settled and as on date no outstanding amount is pending against the petitioner.

The petitioner has handed over „No Dues Certificate‟ wherein it is categorically mentioned that there is no outstanding amount in the said loan agreement. 5.

In view of the above, WPA 14254 of 2023 is dismissed as infructuous.
