It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that due to inadvertence the name of the petitioner no. 4 was wrongly typed in the petition as "Aherful Sk. @ Sekh". It should actually be "Sherful Sk. @ Asherful Sk. @ Seikh @ Aherful Sk". In the interest of justice, the petitioner may be allowed the benefit of the order of anticipatory bail granted by this Court. It is also prayed that accordingly, the time to surrender may be extended.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State produces the case diary and submits that the name of the petitioner no. 4 is indeed Sherful Sk. @ Asherful Sk. @ Seikh @ Aherful Sk.

It is made clear that the anticipatory bail granted in this case on 24th June, 2024 was granted also in respect of the petitioner no. 4 whose name is Sherful Sk. @ Asherful Sk. @ Seikh @ Aherful Sk. In the interest of justice, time to surrender in respect of the petitioner no. 4 shall be extended for a further period for four weeks from this date.

The order dated 24th June, 2024 shall always be read conjointly with this order.

Accordingly, CRAN 1 of 2026 is disposed of.
