It has been submitted that petitioner no.3 viz., Subrata Goswami has expired. The Investigating Officer of the case will submit a report before the jurisdictional court. So far as the other prayers which have been advanced by the petitioners, the same would be bound by the observations made by this Court on 19.05.2022 in CRR 1337 of 2018.

With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 1770 of 2019 is disposed of. Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.

All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
