Petitioner renews his prayer for bail.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner he has been falsely implicated in the instant case.

Learned advocate appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

We have considered the materials on record which prima facie show that the victim-housewife was murdered at the matrimonial home. There is ample evidence implicating the petitioner-husband in the murder. In view of the aforesaid incriminating materials and gravity of the offence, we are not inclined in granting bail to the petitioner at this stage.

The application for bail is thus rejected.

Trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same at an early date.
