1. This review application has been filed to review the order dated 14.05.2024 in MAT 145 of 2024.

2. In the said order there was a direction given to the University to file a compilation containing all the documents including the order of suspension and papers pertaining to the disciplinary proceeding which have been initiated against the appellant/contemnor.

3. The appellant has filed the review application to review such an order.

4. We find that there is no error apparent on the face of the order for exercise of review jurisdiction since the direction issued in the order dated 14.05.2024 is to bring certain documents on record by way of a compilation in the appeal and it goes without saying the veracity, correctness of the documents etc. will be considered at the time when the appeal is taken up for disposal.

5. Therefore, we find no grounds to entertain this review application and the same is dismissed.

6. Let the appeal be listed before the appropriate Bench after two weeks.
