Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits there are some incurable defects in the application. As such the petitioner would not like to press this application. However, the petitioner would file an appropriate application afresh on the selfsame grounds.

On the prayer of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the application for anticipatory bail is dismissed as not pressed. However, this order shall not preclude the petitioner from filing an appropriate application afresh on the selfsame grounds. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order may be supplied to the parties expeditiously, if applied for.
