The present revision has been preferred against an order dated 01.06.2019 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, 1st Court, Howrah, in connection with Criminal Revision No.582/014 arising out of complaint case No.351C/2014 under Sections 500/504/506/509/34 of the Indian Penal Code pending before the court of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Court, Howrah thereby affirming the order dated 23.07.2014 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Court, Howrah in connection with complaint case No.351C/2014.

Accordingly, the criminal revision is disposed of being 'not pressed'.

Written communication filed be kept with the record. Application, if any, connected thereto stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance.
