The petitioner is an Assistant Teacher of subject Physical Education (Pass) at Choprajhar Adarsha Balika Vidyalaya, District- Uttar Dinajpur.

She applied for general transfer under the 'Utsashree Portal' on the ground that she is a divorcee woman, the application is pending at the end of the Head of the Institution.

The said Portal is now under suspension, however, the ground on which the petitioner has sought such general transfer is not at all convincing. W.P.A. 14404 of 2022 is dismissed without any order as to costs.
