The report has been filed on behalf of the State forwarded by the S.I. of Muchipara Police Station dated 1.2.2023 stating that the petitioner, Ruby Ganguly has expired on 27.7.2021 supported by copy of death certificate to authenticate the same and the photocopy of death certificate be kept on record.

Under such circumstances, the instrant criminal revisional application has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the criminal revisional application being CRR 1441 of 2014 is disposed of.

Copy of this order be sent to the trial court for due compliance.
