The defendant of the Title Suit No. 44 of 2020 is the petitioner of the instant application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India.

The defendant had prayed permission not only to repair the suit property but also beyond it, as such the learned Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division) at Sealdah, District: 24-Parganas (South) by the order impugned being Order No.25 dated March 14, 2024 has refused to accord such permission and an application filed in aid thereof to hold local inspection of the suit property has also been dismissed. This Court does not find any illegality and/or infirmity in the order impugned warranting interference.

C.O. 2046 of 2024 is dismissed without any order as to costs.
