Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody for the last 2 years and 2 months. He submits that since the trial is in progress and considering the period of detention, bail may be granted. Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that 47 bottles of Phensidyl cough syrup of 100 ml each was seized from the possession of the petitioner.

Considering that the quantity seized is commercial, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. CRM 6202 of 2021 is dismissed.
