This writ petition has been filed by the petitioners being aggrieved by non-holding the election of the society in question which was supposed to be held within the year 2020.

Considering the submission of the parties, this writ petition being WPA 14408 of 2022 is disposed of by directing the Cooperative Election Commission/respondent No. 2 to expedite the formalities of holding the election in question and complete the election within a period of sixteen weeks from the date of communication of this order. With this observation and direction this writ petition stands disposed of.
