1. The report dated June 23, 2024 filed in Court today is taken on record.

2. There is no adverse report as against the petitioner. Charges have already been framed. Police has filed charge-sheet.

3. The petitioner seeks the waiver of the conditions imposed on June 27, 2024 that "the petitioner shall remain within the jurisdiction of the local police station and shall report to the Officer-in-Charge of the said police station once in every fortnight

until further orders". We have considered and allowed the prayer by keeping all other conditions unaltered.
