Mr. Arindam Jana, learned advocate, appearing for the petitioner at the inception was questioned regarding the authority of this Court to adjudicate on the issue as similar issue was considered by the Division Bench earlier. On such question being made, Mr. Jana expressed his intention to withdraw the revisional application.

Accordingly, CRR 2200 of 2023 is dismissed as not pressed. Petitioner would be at liberty to agitate the same issue before the Court having determination.
