This appeal has been preferred under section 372 of the Cr.P.C against the judgment and order of conviction alleging that inadequate sentence has been imposed upon the respondents. The appeal was not admitted, instead it was detected that the memorandum of appeal required some correction in respect of the name of respondent no. 8. Three days were provided but no step has been taken by the appellant or his learned advocate. Considered.

In view of such non-compliance the appeal is dismissed for default.
