The petitioner renews his prayer for bail. His prayer was rejected by a coordinate Bench on April 13, 2023. The allegation is under Section 409 of the Indian Penal Code, i.e., of criminal breach of trust. The amount involved is about Rs.73,00,000/-. The allegation is that the petitioner along with co-accused persons stole such money from different ATM points.

We find no change of circumstances after the rejection of his prayer for bail on the last occasion. We have also perused the Case Diary and it prima facie appears that there is sufficient material on record to implicate the petitioner.

Hence, we are not inclined to entertain this application, at this stage.

Accordingly, CRM (DB) 2430 of 2023 is rejected. (Arijit Banerjee, J.) (Apurba Sinha Ray, J.)
