The grievance raised by the petitioner is that the private respondents had constructed a poultry firm on a piece of land at P.S. - Sonarpur, District - South 24Parganas and have also constructed a shop in which they are selling chicken without obtaining any permission.
At this stage, the limited submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the representation dated 29.03.2022 containing the above complaint is pending before the respondent no.5 i.e. Sub-Divisional Officer, Baruipur, but the said representation has not been considered.
Learned counsel for the State fairly submits that there is no objection in considering the petitioner's
representation within a time bound period.
Hence, we dispose of the present petition directing the respondent no.5 to duly consider the petitioner's representation dated 29.03.2022 and take an appropriate decision in accordance with law after giving an opportunity of hearing all the concerned parties. Let this exercise be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
The petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
