Earlier a Coordinate Bench in CRR 2091 of 2022 was pleased to quash the proceedings relating to GR Case No.723/2020 arising out of Arambagh Police Station Case No.275 of 2020 dated 19.07.2020.

Learned advocate for the State has submitted a report wherein the de facto complainant has stated that she is not inclined to pursue the present revisional application. Having regard to the totality of the circumstances including the report so submitted, further proceedings of Arambagh Police Station Case No.275 of 2020 dated 19.07.2020 is hereby quashed.

Accordingly, CRR 2202 of 2023 is allowed.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
