Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that, the petitioners were falsely implicated. He submits that, the wife of the petitioner no. 2 lodged a complaint with regard to the incident. The present police case is a counter-blast. Learned advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the injury report and a statement recorded under Section 161 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Considering the nature of the injury and considering the materials in the case diary and considering the fact that there is

a counter case filed by the wife of the petitioner no. 2, we grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest the petitioners shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- each, with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and also be subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 and shall appear before the jurisdictional court and pray for regular bail within a period of four weeks from date.
