1. None for the appellant even in the pass-over round.

3. This intra-court appeal takes exception to the order dated 24th August, 2021, whereby court issued certain direction taking into account the forthcoming Durga Puja in the year 2021. It appears that by efflux of time the grievance no more subsists and, therefore, appellant has not chosen to appear in this matter in both the rounds.

4. Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution.

5. With dismissal of the instant appeal, CAN/1/2021 and CAN/2/2021 are also dismissed.

6. No order as to costs.
