The petitioner alleges that in respect of question no. 1 in the OMR sheet for TET examination 2017, both the answers, being option C and option D are correct and, therefore, as she has opted option D, she should be given one mark. If one mark is given to her, she will qualify in TET. In this respect the petitioner sent one representation to the Secretary of the West Bengal Board of Primary Education dated 14.06.2022 which appears from Annexure P-7.

I direct the Secretary of the Board to consider the representation and if the contention of the petitioner is

correct, she should be given one mark and should be declared as pass in TET and certificate is to be given to her. All these things are to be done by 30th September, 2022. The Secretary will be at liberty to take the help of expert in respect of the answer to the said question. Be it noted that the petitioner has restricted her claim in respect of question no. 1 only and not to any other questions.

With this observation and direction this writ application is disposed of.
