The petitioner is aggrieved by the amount of compensation assessed by the State respondents in lieu of acquiring his land. Objection filed by the petitioner to that effect was not taken into consideration by the authority. The petitioner submitted a representation before the learned Additional District Magistrate (Land Acquisition), Bankura on 29th July, 2021 ventilating his grievance, but the said representation is yet to be disposed of. The petitioner prays for disposal of the said representation at the earliest.

Having considered the submissions made on behalf of the parties as well as the material on record, I dispose of the writ petition with a direction upon the respondent no.3 to consider and dispose of the

representation filed by the petitioner on 29th July, 2021, within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order after affording reasonable opportunity of hearing to all the interested parties including the petitioner, in accordance with law. With such observation, WPA 14965 of 2021 is disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs.

Since no affidavits are invited, the allegations contained in the petition are deemed not to be admitted.
