No one appears on behalf of the petitioner, although the NHAI and the Oil Company are represented. On the last few occasions, i.e; on 03.04.2023 and 04.04.2023 when the matter was called on for hearing, no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner or prayed for any adjournment.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for default. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order may be delivered to the learned Advocates for the parties, if applied for, upon compliance of all formalities.
