Judgment pronounced in open Court. It is submitted by Mr. Partha Sarathi Bhattacharyya, learned Counsel for the appellant that the appellant now is lodged in Durgapur Open Air Correctional Home and not in Alipore Central Correctional Home. In view of such fact, Department is directed to send the copy of the judgment immediately in course of the day to Superintendent, Durgapur Open Air Correctional Home for early release of the appellant from custody.

A copy of this order also be sent to concerned Trial Court and Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, Alipore, South 24 Parganas along with a copy of the judgment.

A free copy of the judgment along with a copy of this order be supplied to Mr. Partha Sarathi Bhattacharyya, learned amicus curiae for needful action at his end.
