Learned advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the order dated January 16, 2020 rejecting the prayer for anticipatory bail made on behalf of the petitioner. He submits that, on January 16, 2020, the fact that charge sheet was submitted was canvassed before the Court for the purpose of obtaining anticipatory bail.

Considering that prayer of the petitioner for anticipatory bail was rejected on January 16, 2020 in CRM 457 of 2020 prior to which the Charge Sheet was submitted and considering the fact that there is no material change in circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the application being CRM 6209 of 2021 is dismissed.
