This revisional application was preferred challenging the proceedings of Panskura Police Station Case No. 340 of dated 03.08.2021 under Sections 342/405/406/420/506/120B of the Indian Penal Code. the said case was pending before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tamluk, Purba Medinipur.

Having considered the fact that the case was registered on August 2021 when the investigation commenced, the petitioner approached this Court. The case is an offshoot of a matrimonial discord and the petitioner has approached this Court on the ground that several cases have been initiated. As none appears on behalf of the State, Mr. Arijit Ganguly, learned advocate, who ordinarily appears for the State, is directed to represent the State. His appointment may be regularized by the concerned authorities. Having considered the issues raised in this revisional application, I am of the opinion that none of the parameters which are required to invoke the jurisdiction of this Court

under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been made out in this case. As such, no interference is required.

Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 1888 of 2021 is dismissed.

All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
