Ali ... for the school The prayer of the petitioner is for a direction upon the school to issue no-objection so that the petitioner can take steps for general transfer in term of West Bengal School Service Commission (General Transfer, Transfer on Special Grounds and Reallocation) Rules, 2015.

Mr. Bari, learned advocate, has appeared for the school and has submitted that in the school there are only two teachers. If this teacher goes out of the school then the school will have only one teacher and with only one teacher it will be impossible to run the school. Considering the submissions, I pass the following orders:

i) The school shall issue no-objection certificate to the petitioner by 22nd December, 2021;

ii) The school authority is directed to upload the no-objection certificate in the Utsashree portal so that the petitioner does not face any difficulty in taking steps for her transfer;

iii) The District Inspector of Schools and the School Service Commission is directed to see that the school, namely, Paruldanga Nasratpur High School, is provided with teachers in science stream as soon as possible and without making any undue delay so that the students of the school do not suffer.

With these directions this writ application is disposed of.
