The petitioner is a specially eligible and Scheduled Caste candidate. She is also a trained candidate.

Learned advocate for the Board has submitted that the petitioner got 62 marks which is less than the qualifying marks.

However, the petitioner prays for a personal hearing to be given to her in respect of her writ application by the Deputy Secretary of the West Bengal Board of Primary Education. One opportunity of hearing is to be given to her for the sake of transparency within a period of eight weeks from date

and a reasoned order is to be passed which is to be communicated to the petitioner by two weeks thereafter.

With this observation and direction, this writ application is disposed of.
