It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that during pendency of the writ petition the petitioner's prayer was considered and turned down by the authority on the ground that the petitioner being the grand son of the land loser is not eligible for enrolment under the Exempted Category as land loser. The petitioner seeks to challenge the said order, in accordance with law.

In view of the above, nothing further remains to be adjudicated in the writ petition and the same is accordingly disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Urgent certified website copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of requisite formalities.
