This Court is of the view that the order dated 8th February, 2024 needs to be implemented subject to the following correction:- The last sentence on the first page of paragraph two of the order dated 8th February, 2024 continuing on page two shall stand deleted. 3.

The other parts of the aforesaid order dated 8th February, 2024 shall remain unaltered.

With the directions, already contained in the order dated 8th February, 2024, the writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
