This Court is of the view that the order dated 8th February, 2024 needs to be implemented subject to the following correction:- The first sentence on the second page, which is part of paragraph two of the order dated 8th February, 2024, shall stand deleted.

The other parts of the aforesaid order dated 8th February, 2024 shall remain unaltered.

4.

With the directions, already contained in the order dated 8th February, 2024, the writ petition shall stand disposed of.

5.

There shall be no order as to costs.

6.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. (Rajasekhar Mantha, J.)
