Re: CPAN 792 of 2024 This is an application for contempt alleging willful and deliberate violation of the order dated June 26, 2023 passed by this Court in W.P.A No. 14292 of 2023.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the new incumbents have come in place of alleged contemnor Nos. 2 & 3, he therefore, prays leave to amend the Cause Title of the contempt application.

Leave as prayed for is granted.

The name of the alleged contemnor Nos. 2 & 3 be replaced by the name of the present incumbents.

The petitioner is directed to serve copy of the application upon the alleged contemnors by Speed Post with Acknowledgement Due intimating that the matter will appear in the list

on June 13, under the heading "Application".
