The records of the case reflect that the writ petition was earlier called on 08.08.2024, 29.08.2024 and 19.09.2024 when the learned advocate for the petitioner reiterated that he was unable to establish any communication with the petitioner, as such, he could not effect service upon the respondents.

The subject-matter of the writ petition related to Goghat P.S. Case No.

203 of 2013, wherein, there was grievance regarding the stridhan properties and the petitioner was aggrieved by the

investigation, as such, a representation was submitted on 30th of September, 2013 before the superior officers of police, i.e., SDPO, Arambagh and Superintendent of Police, Hooghly.

Having considered that more than years have passed since the representation was submitted, I am of the view that there has been change of circumstances, as such, no interference is called for at this stage.

However, if the criminal case is pending, appropriate application may be advanced before the learned jurisdictional criminal court.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 12026 of 2015 is Disposed of.
