The petitioners are accused in Rajapur Police Station Case No.31 of 2020 dated 24th January 2020 under Sections 147/149/447/435/323/302/506 of the IPC. The petitioners have been enlarged on bail. The other accused are stated to be absconding. The petitioners are desirous of returning back to their residence at village Barogram.

In that view of the matter, the Officer-in-Charge, Rajapur shall accompany the petitioners to back to their residence. It shall be ensure that there is no breach of peace in the area and the petitioners are able to live there peacefully.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

The report in the form of instructions dated 4th March 2022 issued by the Officer-in-Charge, Rajapur

Police Station addressed to the learned Government Pleader is taken on record.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
