This is an application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 challenging an order dated April 20, 2016 passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, 5th Court at Howrah in Complaint Case No. 250C of 2013 under Sections 406/420/120B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

Ms. Singh, learned counsel appears for the petitioners and submits that she has been instructed not to proceed any further with the present case.

As it is found that the petitioners are not desirous to proceed with the present case, the instant revisional application being CRR 2009 of 2016 is dismissed as not pressed. (Rai Chattopadhyay, J.)
