The petitioners have challenged the recruitment process in respect of recruitment of Constable and Lady Constable in West Bengal Police, 2020.

Admittedly, the recruitment process sought to be assailed is in respect of government employees of the State of West Bengal.

In view of the provisions of Section 15 read with Section 28 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985, this Court lacks jurisdiction to receive, try and determine the writ petition.

The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh on the self-same cause, if permissible in law, before the appropriate forum. (Arindam Mukherjee, J.)
