Sahadar Alam ..for the respondent no.5 As the grievance of the writ petitioners have been taken care of by issuance of a demolition order dated November 24, 2021, this writ petition is disposed of as the same has now become infructuous.

It is submitted by Mr. Banerjee that the Howrah Municipal Corporation shall take appropriate steps in accordance with law.

A copy of the demolition order shall also be served upon the parties, if not already done. This Court has not gone into the claims and counterclaims of the parties.

The writ petition is disposed of.

There will be, however, no order as to costs. Parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
