For the State The petitioner is aggrieved by the acts and action of the private respondents and to that effect informed the Inspector - in-Charge of Amdanga Police Station, North 24 Parganas.

Record of the case reveals that the information was sent to the police authorities on 23rd April, 2024. Almost 15 months have passed since such information was furnished. If the petitioner is faced with similar inconvenience, he would file a fresh representation before the police authorities and thereafter the police authorities shall take necessary steps, in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being W.P.A. 15326 of 2024 is disposed of.
