For the petitioners Mr. Lal Mohan Basu ..... for the respondent The only prayer of the writ petitioners as would appear from the submissions made on behalf of the learned counsel is for the Regional Transport Officer to consider the representation made by the petitioners on 26th January, 2021.

No one appears for the State.

WPA 15059 of 2021 is disposed of with a direction on the respondent Nos. 3 and 4 to consider and dispose of the representation made by the petitioners on 26th January, 2021 within four weeks from the date of communication of this order or four weeks from the date in which the petitioners may file a fresh representation. The petitioners shall have the liberty to file a fresh representation within a week from date, if the petitioners want to and the respondents shall decide such representation within four weeks from the date of receipt of such representation and

shall pass a reasoned order after hearing all concerned parties including the petitioners. A copy of the reasoned order shall be made available to the petitioners within a week from the date of passing such order. This order has been made effective subject to the petitioners upon furnishing proof that deficit Court fees have been put in. The petitioners shall submit the necessary documents by tomorrow i.e., 14th January, 2022 in that regard.
