The appellant seeks relaxation of the bail condition imposed upon him directing him not to leave the jurisdiction of the district of Dakshin Dinajpur and attend the Court of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, 1st Court, Dakshin Dinajpur at Balurghat once in a fortnight until further orders.

This Court is informed that the petitioner has complied with the bail conditions imposed upon him. Nothing adverse is reported against him.

In view of the above, the bail condition directing him not to leave the jurisdiction of the district of Dakshin Dinajpur and attend the Court of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, 1st Court, Dakshin Dinajpur at Balurghat once in a fortnight is relaxed to the extent that the appellant shall attend the said Court once in a month. The other bail conditions shall continue.

The application being CRAN 2 of 2025 is disposed of. In Re: CRA (SB) 119 of 2024 Since the appeal is restored, the trial Court records be called for immediately.
