In Re : An application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Mr. Abhijit Ganguly Mr. Subhasish Saha ....for the petitioner.

Mr. Ganguly, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the present complaint case was initiated in the year 2010 under Sections 498A/406 of the Indian Penal Code. The same is proceeding before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 3rd Court at Durgapur.

Record reflects that when the petitioner approached this court date was fixed for final arguments of the case. Having considered the fact that substantial period has passed since then, I direct that if in the meantime the proceedings have not been concluded, the learned trial court would conclude the arguments on the next date so fixed or within a week thereafter. Immediately after the conclusion of the argument within a month thereof, the final verdict of the case should be pronounced by the learned trial court.

With the aforesaid observations, the present revisional application being CRR 2345 of 2022 is disposed of.

Pending applications, if any, are disposed of accordingly. Department is directed to communicate this order to t5he learned Judicial Magistrate, 3rd Court, Durgapur.
